Functional thermometer wireless, two independent probes, just don't be scared by the instructions that it's not designed to measure oven temperature and such. they said it was just to measure the roast meat. Rather the opposite. It measures the temperature in the oven just fine and, for example, it measures the temperature of the chicken better if you don't stick the probe into the meat, but insert it into the cavity of the chicken. But it takes learning to work with it, then it's fine. And the probe wires are good quality and quite long. (The first time I thought the thermometer was malfunctioning, but I only had the thermometer itself on, not the remote receiver - the stand. There's a switch on the bottom..: o)
