I bought one mould to try it out first, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality that I immediately ordered another one. The mould has a grid underneath so it does not deform even when fully filled, it holds its shape beautifully and can be easily carried. At the same time, it is beautifully flexible, so the finished product is easy to tip. Washing by hand is easy. After my experience with other silicone moulds, I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher, even though it can be (longer storage will precipitate the chemistry from the tablets on the surface and you have to wash it again by hand anyway). The mould is a great helper for making homemade chocolate truffles (200g quality dark chocolate, 140g cocoa butter, crushed nuts, dried chopped fruit). Absolute enthusiasm, they just got dusty. As an unconventional gift, homemade pralines are absolutely ideal.
