I bought, transferred data from my old Nokia XR20 phone, uploaded the eSIM, inserted the second SIM card and everything works as it should, I use Microsoft Launcher as the launcher. Wireless charging works reliably and with decent charging speeds, 5G also works. The phone has much better GPS reception and operator signal compared to the previous Nokia. So far I am very satisfied.
Quality of workmanship, appearance, IP68, overall compact size
Very good camera, 4k 60FPS video, or 30 FPS with HDR
OLED display, resolution 2340x1080px
Decent battery life, 4.7Ah capacity, phone doesn't get too hot
The in-display fingerprint reader works without a single hesitation so far
System-integrated music recognition
Face scanning is not secure, cannot be used for mobile payment confirmation
Relatively large weight

Absolutely stunning night photos (and daytime: ))
Google's built-in features (what plays, lens, sound to text. )
Very fast
He looks classy
Update approx. 20. 9. 2023 made 5G available!
Display (luminance, colours, 90 Hz)
Compared to my earlier Xiaomi special functioning of the reader. At first it was quite unfortunate, but after a few days I practically don't notice any problems (I guess it's learned, or I have a grip already)
Some may be put off by the volume button being below the power button

I'm looking for a replacement for my outdated mobile, in particular I would like the device to take good photos (which involves software, not just hardware), have wireless charging and be compact.
Before the Pixel 7, I tried the Pixel 6, unfortunately it had a number of shortcomings for which I returned it. Unfortunately, the Pixel 7 ended up suffering from similar ills as the Pixel 6 (and if you read old discussions, you'll find that even older Pixels have a number of shortcomings):
- He takes really good photos, unfortunately he often over-processes them. The 2x portraits in particular suffer from over-focusing, which effectively ages people. It would just like to be able to set the level of post-processing. Yes, you can download a hacked version of GCam, but who has to spend days constantly testing (incompatibility).
- Users were used to double tapping to activate their mobile, unfortunately Google has changed this to a single tap. You often accidentally switch on your mobile phone in your pocket.
- This is probably the biggest problem - the phone often simply doesn't register finger taps - you have to tap three times to turn it on, and it often displays a tap animation directly when you're using the phone, but nothing effectively happens. Pixel 6 had the same problem and Google did NOT fix it, so for Pixel 7 I don't believe it.
- The camera does not have a macro mode (nor can it technically focus at the necessary distance).
- It generally doesn't offer much in the way of customization and settings, I tended to constantly make up for it with third party apps. Yet even my current OnePlus 5, or my wife's Samsung s10e, are much more generous in this regard.
- Inconvenient switching of ringtone/silent/vibrate modes - instead of a shortcut in the menu, you have to turn on the phone, press the volume button and only there switch - much better would be a shortcut button or gestures on the on screen.
As a result, the Pixel 6 looks a bit unpolished, with discussions teeming with people complaining about something that works for others. For a premium priced phone, I would expect better.
Bright display
Good display colours
Nice design
Excellent camera
Wireless charging (not tested)
Optical camera stabilisation
Occasionally ignores finger taps
Camera lacks adjustability, often over-processes photos
Limited customization options against competitors
Wifi and data have a common off and on button
Control buttons inconveniently on the same side
Missing 3.5mm jack
The basic cover is not included
Uncomfortable switching between ring/silent/vibrate modes

I was happy with the phone, used it for over a year and a half, replaced it with a Pixel 9 PRO: )
cameras
frequent system updates
good price/performance ratio
loud stereo speaker
wireless charging and battery sharing
IP68 resistance, NFC
overheating
a little trouble with cables, not all will take for fast charging/data
protruding cameras - must be in a case/cover to avoid damage

ESSENTIAL NOTE:
Beware that when you insert the sim card, the data and network will probably not work. The update that was being offered anyway helped me. So just stay on the wifi: D Long story short: Thanks to pixel 4a I stayed loyal to pixel and got this seven.
____________________________________________
I switched from the still functional 4a version, more for sake of sake, as this 7 was the last in stock here at the time as new stock. The 4a was the only phone so far that survived without any complaints for the third year (I had mostly sony), when it fell on the ground on various surfaces countless times, without damaging the display (and sometimes without a cover). The only thing that took the blows was the top corner, which is slightly crooked on the back (about two cm max), but still holds firmly. And it charges best with the old, already damaged cable (the new one somehow fails to accept..: D) It bothers me overall that phones are getting bigger and heavier. 4a was phenomenal at this. The 7 is great in many aspects, but so far it hasn't had any competition (for me personally) - I still have it as a backup phone: ) However, this phone so far seems just as decent, even better in terms of sw.
The front cameras are really fine at pixels.
I like the wide angle version of the camera: )
The sound is fine
The interface is great.
Clean android and updates.
The fingerprint reader scans well, even unlocking with your face is fine.
The star down is for the front camera and for me personally the oversized size of the phone.
The front camera sucks on pixels. I don't know why no one addresses this, but when you take a picture from any distance, your face is out of focus - it's infinitely out of focus from your ears backwards: D Because of this I even replaced my first pixel 4a with a new one and the problem persisted. And then I tried it with this one, and the problem was virtually the same. Probably software misalignment.
The size is terrible for me personally: D And I don't have small hands. It's slow to not put it in your pocket, plus with the cover still on (like most new phones), but to hold in your hand or keep on a cord: D
I guess I'm generally bothered by the protruding cameras on new phones (including the Pixel 4a), where the cover is already included. Then the design of your phone is actually useless if you cover it up with a cover design.

Nice camera
Not suitable for pensioners. When the font is enlarged, the UI breaks down and some information is not readable. Unresolved system for people with visual impairment.

Disappointing for me, I returned the phone. If you are only buying for the quality of the camera, then you will be satisfied. But I was disappointed with the system, because just not having the option to remove everything I don't want from the main desktop reminds me more of apple.
camera
power
design - looks cheap (subjective)
the back slides a lot
back heating under the camera bar
a system that imposes what you must have on the main desktop and cannot be removed
occasional bugs
