The price definitely looks very right to me for basic graphics, the GPU works. The graphics card is obviously designed for some office work, but it can run some casual games as well. I really like the scores on the alza where each graphics card shows how many FPS it can be played at, which is definitely a great feature for gamers. I only use the graphics card for office work and it does a great job of replacing all the work behind the integrated graphics card in the CPU, which my CPU doesn't have. I definitely recommend it for these purposes.

Performance quite decent, runs even undemanding games
I needed a second graphics card for my PC, as the integrated Intel UHD 770 card could not handle 3 monitors without lagging. When connecting 3 monitors, the mouse always started to lag and it was very annoying. Solved by buying a GT 1030 Low and the problem is gone. Great price and sufficient for office use. The manufacturer states a min 300W power supply, I have 260W and it runs fine. tested on running 2 videos in 4K at 120fps and everything ok, graphics load was about 25%, temperature up to 40st. C. I can't measure the loaded sources, but it works.
