After some time, they started to show instability in the EXPO profile due to overheating. This in itself would not be such a problem to solve if the ramps did not overheat at the various reported temperatures. If I have a lower speed on the fans above them, the ramps start to overheat at the alleged 48°c If I adjust the fan profile to a higher airflow, the memory is cool even at 60°c. Even "High Temperature" never switches to "yes" in HWInfo and the ramps just start showing errors, and in a pretty large quantum. At the very least, it leads to immediate application crashes or outright BSOD. Either the temperature sensor on both modules is showing crap, or it can't detect another overheating part of the module. In one of my burn-in tests, one module even stopped reporting temperature at 64°c, then jumped to 80°c and the system threw a blue light. I'm either advertising the frames or trying to live with the fact that I don't actually know when they are overheating.
