The device stopped working after 30 days. Apparently a problem with the internal power circuit. To date, 25 days later, the claim is still unresolved. We need this device, and they've stated multiple times that they will use the full claim period right up to the last moment. They say they can't resolve it any sooner until they have a report from the service centre. Whether it's the fault of the seller or the service centre, nothing will likely happen until the period expires, and they'll probably just refund the money in the end. It doesn't seem like they've even considered calling the service centre to ask why it's taking so long. Anyone who's seen the film The Pelican Brief will understand how these things work.

It only turns green when I plug it in at the same time. After the complaint I was sent another piece, but the result was the same. The second complaint resulted in a refund.
