I had to file a complaint after about 5 months of use. First, one and then the other metal end of the cord unscrewed itself. Even though I knew they were coming loose and I had to keep tightening them, they fell off in an unguarded moment and I couldn't find them. I didn't think this would be accepted as a valid complaint, so I carried on using it with knots at the ends to stop it from coming undone. After about 5 months from purchase, I once took my phone out of my bag and found that the metal part on the cord that holds the case had broken off. After that, the case was truly unusable. On top of that, it had visibly yellowed over those few months, despite all the guarantees. I am now waiting for my complaint to be processed.
