The dockstation works as advertised. Pros:
* USB-C attachment to controllers which makes controller charging easy
* Controller charging lightning is useful and it stays on even when the rest of the lights are off
* subjectively I think that overall look of the console is better with dockstation than without it Cons:
* Overall looks a little cheap * The fan is a little noisy (I turned it off)
* You need to push the USB-C connection into the controller. It took me a while to get it seated properly

Product design is of course very individual and we understand that it may not suit everyone. We tried to find a practical solution that combines cooling, charging of the drivers and space saving.
The occupancy of the USB ports when connected to the PS5 is due to the fact that the stand uses power from the console for its functions (fans and charging station). On the other hand, this eliminates the need for a separate power adapter.
Charging the controllers works by default when the console is on or active. If the PS5 is fully powered off, you need to have USB port power enabled in the console settings in sleep mode to continue charging.
