We would like to clarify that, in the case of power banks with wireless charging, the stated capacity of 5000 mAh refers to the internal battery capacity. During wireless power transfer, some energy is inevitably lost, so the amount of power actually delivered to the phone is lower. The final charge level is also affected by the phone model, the battery’s condition and how the device is used whilst charging. As for heating, a slight rise in temperature during wireless charging is a common occurrence. However, if you felt that the device was excessively hot, you are, of course, entitled to make a complaint or return it.
