At work, I was issued a MacBook Air M1 with a 30W charger. I've been looking for a long time for a hub that can 'keep the computer alive' and simultaneously connect an HDMI and an iPhone (and ideally a few other things). I plugged this hub in and unplugged it after five minutes, it obviously can't handle it - first, it started turning the screen on and off, then it started turning the MacBook's charging on and off. I am returning it.
