Even on the manufacturer's website you can read that it is a more durable and stronger variant of the regular PETG, which is more matt thanks to the admixtures. Unfortunately, it's all marketing lies (except for the math)! Filament is much more flexible than classic PETG, if you try to make a groove in it with your fingernail you will be successful. The strength of the material is not much, so it is not suitable for any structural elements, but rather just for decoration, which you usually don't want from PETG, you might as well buy nice printable PLA.
