I've never complained about Alza before because I'm a very satisfied customer. But that changed today. When I buy an item that is literally intended for display at home and I open the Alza box to find this product completely unprotected (just wrapped in some thin plastic) and thrown into the box, that doesn't seem right to me. Of course, and entirely unsurprisingly, the plastic box is scratched. I understand this delivery method for consumable items, but definitely not for something intended as a 'decoration'. I will definitely be shopping at a different e-shop next time.
