Purchased as an indispensable addition to the EVOLVEO ALARMEX PRO alarm. Unfortunately, neither the siren nor the main unit has sufficient instructions for use and pairing.
There is technical support with a video tutorial on the authorized service site that covers everything else but pairing the siren. When you contact the helpdesk, you get sketchy information that someone reads once a day, so don't expect answers until the next day. After a week of conversation and several requests for phone contact with the tech. support, which have been answered, I am abandoning all attempts to pair with the main unit and returning the goods. For me, it's a totally dysfunctional and unnecessarily complex product and worse with absolutely miserable and unwilling support from the exclusive importer.
