Unfortunately, the middle button is very stiff, it cannot be pressed easily. Since I use this button quite often, it was a reason for me to return the mouse. I preferred the "lower" model MVSB320, which is more suitable (a bit more compact, without backlight and especially the middle button can be pressed better - but not as easily as I would have liked).

I didn't believe the other reviews, but the hand size is really small. I don't quite have a man's paw (I'm a size 8 = M), but I control the mouse with my fingertips like a child's toy.
Because of the ergonomics, the mouse has unusual controls with different fingers than we are used to. The wheel is not operated with the middle finger (right button), but with the index finger (incl. left button). But maybe that's just habit.
Sometimes it takes work and concentration to press the wheel.
Both the left and right buttons are quiet, but clicking the side buttons for some reason causes small shock waves. Suitable for those who like oldschool keyboard clacking.
Paradoxically, because of the vertical alignment, I sometimes inadvertently click on the right button.
Can't turn off the rainbow backlight that changes colors, or I haven't figured it out. Totally useless, unless you're a DJ at a rave party.
