I'm buying my second one. The first one lasted a year of a bit more demanding treatment, although a bit surprisingly the first wheel that didn't get a workout started to go. However, given the hundreds of hours it has served well, I went for the same again.

The maximum DPI is smaller, but that is purely my inattention, there is a model that is perhaps even cheaper, also from Eternico, which has up to 6000 DPI.
I do not recommend if you lift the mouse while working/playing, already at about 1 s in the air the mouse goes into a kind of semi-sleep when the buttons respond but when put down has about 0.5 s delay before the cursor starts moving again. When held in the air for a longer period of time, it takes about 5 seconds to react to the movement.
