First I'm going to review the "worse side" of the installation, it's not a big deal, but if you're gluing it this way for the first time, don't let it get you down and then we'll go over the glass itself. Installation:
Out of the box, you get a glass + frame, which surprised me because I expected to apply the frame immediately after cleaning the phone, as it happens in some videos. So it took me some time to figure out how to put it together and apply it correctly. Yes, it's "primitive" because it's basically unmistakable, but you still have to think about it for a while (if you're gluing this style of "dustless" glass for the first time). For example, Spigen has it solved, so that you do not spill anything out of the box and you do not have to fold anything or think if you fold it well (but it is not dust-free).
However, this "dust-free" installation, even though I tel. cleaned it, even with the stickers, I found that a few hairs (mostly on the edges) showed under the glass, and one was a bit bigger, which I found, for example, that it was a bit too big. didn't happen on a classic Spigen install. I didn't lift the glass anymore because I didn't want to risk more dust getting in during handling. I probably should have cleaned the foil I just blew off. Now to the glass:
The glass itself looks pretty good quality and I'm not sure whether or not the black edge interferes with the sisple, more likely it doesn't. The black edge of the glass is a bit more pronounced, but nothing terrible. The AR coating I think, when first compared to the glass I peeled off, seems to help quite a bit. Not tested outdoors yet but in the evening indoors under lamps it seems that the glare is really much more bearable. The glass otherwise looks good and is as close to the edges of the display as it gets. If you use a thin TPU cover, it is not a problem and between the glass and the cover, there is barely a visible tiny gap, just enough to keep the glass cover from lifting.
The touch and display quality is at a perfect level, which I appreciate, and also the "anti-print" layer seems to work great so far, so we'll see for how long. I definitely recommend this glass and in the future I will probably get only AR glass again, because the difference is really worth it. btw: and don't forget to get such glass before you buy (waste money on) another one that you will take off anyway: D
