The cooler itself offers a good price-performance ratio, most of the time it is quiet (a big difference from the original cooler packed with the processor), only at higher speeds it can be quite loud (but not buzzing). It cools very well.
The problem I had though was with the screws that came with the cooler, the manufacturer probably doesn't have very good quality control and 3 of the 4 screws were badly moulded so a bit of brute force was required for installation.
