Almost any EU fork can be plugged in (both FR standard = "with hole" and Non-FR standard = "without hole, with dropouts").
Not usable in the Czech Republic because it cannot be used in a socket with a pin (FR standard). While the pin problem can be solved with a drill bit, it is not possible to plug in anything other than a flat fork.
