After our experience with the Dyson V12 slim absolute, which unfortunately broke, we bought this one. This vacuum cleaner is an absolute flop, it just throws everything in front of it, the middle leaf in the nozzle is complete nonsense as the vacuum cleaner then picks up the rubbish with just two mini holes. I have no idea what type of Animal this is meant for, as it sucks almost no hair out of anywhere. The nozzle cannot be replaced. We returned the vacuum cleaner the very next day and got a Gen5 absolute, it's incomparable. This type has really failed extremely badly.
I will definitely not return the vacuum cleaner, I am very satisfied with it. But I expected a little more. The warhead can't handle a coccolith. The vacuum cleaner does not suck the cat litter, on the contrary, it either crushes it and thus scrapes the floor, or spreads it even more. But the hair and hair sucks really great without tiring even from the couch, carpet and that without effort. I was surprised by the weight of the V12 vacuum cleaner, it is much lighter.

For me, this model is unfortunately a disappointment overall. The suction power in Auto mode is much lower - compared to the v15s detect submarine I owned before. In the entrance hall in winter, we can't avoid small sand, sprinkling salt or mini stones - whether from shoes, children or the dog. This new head, even though it is suitable for all types of floors, cannot cope with this dirt. A pebble gets stuck underneath, scratches the floor and the head needs to be wiped. On Boost mode, small stones can be vacuumed from the surface, but very slowly and carefully. For me, an inappropriately chosen combination of rubber and plastic - like the bottom of this universal nozzle. Carpets and mats vacuum perfectly, tiles ok, wood and vinyl are prone to scratches, lino (PVC) vacuums very poorly. On the nozzle you can control the type of surface, but for me insufficient.

Perfumed misery! This vacuum cleaner is a big disappointment for me. It's great that it doesn't tangle hair and hairs and the system of emptying the container is really convenient. But the pros end there. The vacuum cleaner is heavy in the hand, especially for women. It is difficult to handle, especially under furniture and in corners. Vacuuming on carpets is an absolute HORROR. The green LED to "search" for clutter constantly flashes when vacuuming, which is more than annoying.
Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to return the vacuum cleaner to Alza. I'm going back to the Philips Speed Pro again - a better vacuum cleaner for half the price. It may tangle the hair, but it vacuums much better.
