no straps for the controller at this price tag is a big minus
with the strap on the controller, it's really hard to fit in the bag

For me it is one of the best drones you can get under 250g in this price range. Personally I would recommend from my point of view to go for the fly more combo, it's more expensive but it's definitely worth the extra money, there's a lot for the price difference. I would also recommend that beginners get insurance (dji care refresh) and check all the legislation before buying. Range is excellent even in the city, battery life is about 30min or more depending on the flying style. RTH has never failed so far, the drone has always hit back. It is not noisy, you can hardly hear it at 100m. You need an SD card that can handle writing at least 30, I use SanDisk Extreme rescue pro deluxe and it handles it well(writing 90mb/s). It's small and perfectly portable. Video stabilization excellent. I would only criticise the overheating, but it's understandable. You don't even have to know how to fly, it can take off, land and make records like flying around the object, tracking etc. I've just seen in a couple of reviews already tracking failures and drone crashes so don't totally count on it. I definitely recommend this drone, I'm having a blast with it: ) there are a lot of reviews on ytb, I recommend you check it out. The battery drains more than one would expect when not in use, as someone has already written here. Just recharge occasionally.
The limitation by legislation is 120m height and don't fly further than where you can see (you can see the drone without glasses and binoculars) or where you can't see (behind a house etc) then watch out for restricted zones, airports etc (dronview.rlp.com) GDPR only applies to not flying over someone's property while not taking their face so that it can be recognized, characters are not addressed, not flying over a gathering of people or near them, flying over someone's garden is not prohibited by law. It has a camera = registration required at dron.caa.cz... hopefully this will help someone: )
