My drone was hit by a flock of pigeons after 2 days. I filled out the form at DJI and immediately drove a new one to me, they charged me about 12 000, - as a retainer, but that's only until you send them a broken one. Then they refunded my money, they only kept a few Euros for shipping. But the new drone, was home within 2 days and I hadn't even sent the old one off at that point. You get I think 4 complete replacements and 2 replacements if the drone flies away and cannot be recovered. The service is definitely worthwhile.
