I was about to return the coffee machine because either the coffee wasn't coming through or it was rubbish. But it's all about studying it properly, not just unpacking it, pouring in the coffee, clicking a few things and drinking. Until now, I had a fully automatic coffee machine that did everything for me, and I kind of thought it would be similar here, but the opposite is true. For every type of coffee, you have to use a different grind coarseness, a different temperature, and most importantly, play around with the grind amount dial. For me, it's a great little machine, and for anyone who loves exclusively espresso and the ritual of preparing it, it's made for them.

The grinder broke after a few weeks. I sent it back to Alza, they kept it for 4 weeks and sent it back exactly the same way. When i complained ...alza said I need to make a new claim and wait another 4 weeks. Honestly guys .... buy from a decent shop.
Mlýnek se po pár týdnech rozbil. Poslal jsem ho zpátky do Alzy, nechali si ho 4 týdny a pak ho poslali zpátky úplně stejně. Když jsem si stěžoval... Alza mi řekla, že musím podat novou reklamaci a počkat další 4 týdny. Upřímně, lidi... kupujte v pořádku.
