I kept the product because it will be used to passively store old laptop. If I used it everyday, I would have returned it because of what I see as a flaw in the outside design.
Quality overall
Fits my dell xps 13 fine
Design on the outside, lower 1/3 of product. It is like an animal took a swipe at it. It looks fine but it does not feel good to the touch and will be easier to get dirty.
