A legendary French pan that will probably outlive you. The more you use it and the blacker it is, the better it is. Natural non-stick without chemicals (PTFE/PFOA). Virtually indestructible. It can withstand metal utensils and extreme temperatures. It requires a little care (firing, not washing in the dishwasher, not letting water stand in it, not using detergent, oiling before storing), but that little bit of work will come back to you in the form of the best pan you've ever had at home.
Virtually indestructible.
The more you use it the better it gets.
Requires a little care
