When we finally got the amplifier to work after an hour and a half with the help of ChatGPT, we are completely satisfied with it. Signal now reaches not only the entire lower floor of the house, but also the garden. The difficulty was with the otherwise surely simple installation. When trying to complete the three simple steps, we failed right at the beginning because our wifi router did not have the required button needed for installation. But I take that as our problem. It's actually maybe 20 years old...
Good signal range
It doesn't
Theoretically fast installation if you have a newer router than us
More complicated installation on an old wifi router, which is not even described in the instructions

If you do not reload the Wi-Fi network in the other room where the extender is located, the phone will not reload the Wi-Fi itself, although the same network name and password are retained. It doesn't matter whether you choose to auto-load or not, the network will get lost in the other room and not load itself!
