The extruder itself has no fault. I'm just curious how long the flat cable leading to the extruder from the motherboard will last. He's taking a beating as he shifts back and forth.
The fault lies with Creality. Although you can mount this extruder on anything from Creality but with firmware it is worse. I have Ender 3 pro and Sonic pad 7. You can't set this combination. You have to edit the printer file yourself. cfg set rotation_distance correctly to 7.53. In the Sonic pad itself it is possible but every time you print the value is set to the original extruder. If you write to Creality support they will either send you the wrong software or tell you to sort it out yourself. It's probably the last time I've bought anything from Creality. I was completely put off by their lack of interest.

Ender3 + MCU v4.2.7 + CR Touch ++Klipper
The smaller area is due to the limitation of the official FW to 210x210.
With the modified FW I got the 220x220 area back.
Advanced knowledge is necessary to modify the FW, otherwise don't touch the FW and leave the official one.
Great upgrade from basic Ender 3 (classic) to "S1 Pro" Level
No more string jamming - 3 weeks in service and OK.
With board v4.2.7 + open Klipper the printer is "as good as new".
If you are printing on glass and you are using normal office clips you have to change them to low high 0,5mm max otherwise the extruder will hit the fan or CR/BL touch which is about 1mm above the nozzle.
