We would like to clarify that the CONNECT IT WatchTravelCharge Wireless Charger (CWC-8030-BK) is indeed compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. As such, the device has no way to put the watch into flight mode or otherwise affect its system settings - it can only supply power wirelessly.
Unfortunately, it is not clear from your comment whether the watch has started charging or whether there is some technical problem.
