It was a new item - no scratches, no damage whatsoever
Although the title of the new product also stated "incl. 20 pieces of paper", there were only 4, right in the printer. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere.
The device is well made and looks pretty good. The printer works well and prints good quality photos. The only problem for me is the SELPHY app, which is awful.
Print quality is superb (maybe better than Polaroid Hi-Print 2)
