Cheap printing (as with any tank printer)
Compared to the epson L6270 printer excellent photo quality! (I returned the epson)
Touch screen display
Scan directly into an email that is sent directly from the printer.
I haven't found an all-black model in the Maxify GX line: ( (at least not in the normal price range)
Printing outside the home network (from the Internet) is problematic. Epson is further along in this.
