The tablet worked for us for about 5 months, then it froze, half of the display flickered, did not respond to buttons or touch. It could neither be turned off nor reset to factory settings. As a tablet for a child up to about 8 years the best choice for the money, it is great that the tablet can be switched to child mode, everything in the package except the charger but everyone has enough at home, display, processing, everything super. Of course the tablet doesn't get any updates but it's a tablet for kids and there it doesn't care, plus it runs on android 14. As a user who has a powerful Xiaomi tablet at home, the other A from Samsung which was 3x more expensive than this one so I have to say big surprise and satisfaction. Definitely a better choice than tablets from Samsung to about 6000, -
