But the taste and quality of the nuts are always our top priority, which is why we also work with proven growers outside Europe. In Europe (and especially in the Czech Republic), there is unfortunately not a sufficient quantity of quality nuts that can be supplied year-round and in stable quality. European production is heavily dependent on weather, harvest and seasonality, and volumes are often insufficient to meet demand. The nuts from China that we offer are carefully selected, regularly inspected and of high quality in terms of taste - which is confirmed by our customers, who evaluate them primarily on the basis of taste. If it would be possible for us to offer only European or Czech nuts in the long term and reliably, we would be happy to do so.
