A beautifully crafted frying pan; it looks high-quality and is great for cooking in.
Over the course of just under half a year, several tiny bubbles formed on the base of the pan during normal use; some of them are gradually flaking off. I’ve stopped using the pan so that I don’t end up with bits of it in my food. It has never been in the dishwasher; it has been used normally, as recommended. A claim was made, but the authorised service centre rejected it on the grounds of ‘mechanical damage’. In my opinion, this finish isn’t very good; it doesn’t even specify exactly what sort of finish it is. We have several pans from this brand, and I’d recommend the marbled finish instead – I’ve had better results with its durability.
