The product is nice but tiny and very fragile. He even arrived with a chipped glass tea strainer. Anyway, the biggest disappointment for me and the reason for the return is the capacity of the teapot. It definitely does not have 280 ml for normal use. This value is apparently measured "up to the edge" and without the leachate inserted. With normal filling only with water without leachate, so that you can lift the pot and carry it without spilling, for example, I measured 220 ml, so with leachate you probably get somewhere near 200 ml or less. This is an inadequate size for me and therefore I will return the product.
