Price/performance ratio quite good. With my other flat irons, I had the power set to 190 degrees, but here I have to have the power turned up to full so that it can iron my hair and it doesn't curl within two minutes. But I have it as a backup flat iron at the cottage, so once in a while it irons my hair like it should. I wouldn't choose this product for everyday flat ironing.
