Compared to the Kindle Paperwhite 2015, which I had before, it is significantly faster. It's a little bigger, but I don't find it heavier. Otherwise, the functions are still the same, which I evaluate positively, because it's just a reader and I don't want more of it.
The display is matte. I had Alza apply a protective film straight away, but they stuck a glossy one on, which didn't suit me, so it came right off: -) I have a case anyway, the B-SAFE on offer is satisfactory.
It only fits the new 7 inch kindle reader, whoever it falls out of probably has an older version of the reader. Overall I am very satisfied and for the price I can't complain at all.
