The first weeks of use I didn't notice many problems, but later I noticed some twitches in the system, e.g. when typing on the keyboard. At the same time, one of the monitors started flickering here and there and the network disconnected at the same time.
After disconnecting the dock, the lags stopped.
Purchased to connect a Lenovo Ryzen 7 AMD graphics NTB. I wanted to use two ThinkVision T27q-20 2k monitors at the same time in addition to the NTB display. Unfortunately even connecting both monitors using HDMi neither one in HDMI the other in DV-I can't make the correct resolution on both monitors. It always ends up with 2k=2560x1440 on one monitor and 1920x1200 max on the other

I bought the dock for my work computer, I use it regularly and have not experienced any problems. Connection works, everything goes as I would expect, charging, cool. I use it with my Lenovo ThinkPad E15 laptop. I think it's great. Thanks to the shape, I can put my laptop on the dock, the cable routing is well done and it connects nicely. All the ports face backwards, so there are no cables sticking out from around the laptop and the desk is nicely tidy with no unnecessary mess of extra cables. I recommend it.
