The included USB-C cable was unreliable, the drive kept disconnecting and reconnecting
because of the manufacturing cost, the case is cut from the profile, so the SSD on the board slides in, which is a rather incompatible process with the heat conductive pad, because it does not slide on the body of the case, so you can not actually put it in there. So either you put the mass in there and squeeze it a bit so it doesn't touch the body (which then doesn't really go into the metal body), or you use the trick of sticking a piece of foil on the cooling pads as a sliding surface. (be careful, tin foil is a conductor, don't short something out! )
. and when you slide it out, you're going to tear the cooling pad anyway, and a chunk will stay in there, and since it's pretty grippy, getting it out is fun for long winter evenings: )

not compatible with Micron MTFDDAV256TBN 256GB ssd. The FW update did not solve anything for both. Think carefully about buying a reducer if it happens to be a working set. I'll try to buy a completely different ssd.
For me, a great box for NVMe SSDs, I wanted a solid and at the same time metallic to be able to dissipate heat, which with NVMe SSDs arises significantly. After reading the reviews I chose this one and I don't regret it, I was inspired by the installation with foil and heat conductive paste => great idea and it works great. I buy various reducers and frames from Axagon and I'm adding this one to my favorites. I recommend it.
