On one PC, the speed drops to a snail's pace until the disk disconnects. On another PC speed OK. The similar AXAGON frame model with USB3-B connector is much better. At least it's not disconnecting. With another frame, the speed is OK for all PCs.: -/

I already have 2 pcs at home and they meet everything I expected. A really fast box, the 8TB Seagate drive writes at over 190Mb/s and reads at 210MB/s.
Excellent frame, great construction, I recommend it!
It does exactly what it's supposed to and what I expected
Easy disk installation
Quality workmanship
