After five screws, my screwdriver broke; I sent it back and was given a new one, and now I’m seeing the same thing happen after just three screws. It’s the beginning of what happened to the previous one. I’ll make another complaint once I’ve worked out how to submit repeat complaints, and this time I’ll be asking for a refund – at least, I hope so.
