I replaced them with Netatmo radiator heads that had problems with calibration, range from the relay and setting the actual room temperature. This thermostat is easily accessible thanks to the ZigBee platform. I take off a star because of the somewhat impoverished Aqara Home app and especially the lack of accessories (there are few types of valve reducers and I had to deal with replacing them). I'll see what happens with the battery life.
Possibility to tie in with an external temperature sensor
Of the three pieces that I have, I have had problems with two when I see on Zigbee (Home Assistant) that the device has disconnected, I come to it and can not control it manually, the reset is possible only by removing the batteries - but then it does not boot and I do not know what to do with it, so the complaint. One claim was accepted, the other was not - so, if it shows up again I will claim again. I do not recommend this product for the above reasons. I'm gradually changing to Tado° with which there are absolutely no problems (hold compared to china, Tado is a German product)
So far, these are initial impressions: I'm using a Netatmo system in my apartment and I'm very disappointed with it (poor battery life, display going out, constant recalibration,. ). So I decided not to buy more heads and instead get another system that works via Zigbee and make separate automation, where the boiler will also switch the heads of another manufacturer. In the end I chose these from Aqara and they look significantly better than the Netatmo ones at first try. Connecting to Home Assistant without any problems. I also like the nicely designed controls, where the temperature increase/decrease ring can be rotated infinitely, whereas with Netatmo it has to be "clicked". Another positive is the considerably quieter motor, which is barely audible, whereas Netatmo's roars would wake the dead. Moreover, the price is also a bit lower.
So now I am waiting for 2 important things that I have not been able to find out yet: How long will they last on batteries and what will be the durability of the heads.
For me personally, there was the added benefit of not needing any reducers on the radiator, which might help in holding the head on the radiator better.
Unfortunately, this warhead is just plain Chinese junk. As long as it works, it works great, but after a while the plastic threads inside can't withstand the pressure the motor exerts against the valve and simply crack. The motor then doesn't hold tight, it starts pushing on the pcb board and the pcb board on the whole head cover, which is probably the button being pressed all the time. Either the head starts to disconnect itself or it is extremely battery consuming, usually both. This has happened to me 4 heads out of 5, always the same fault. I complained once and it happened again. After the warranty, I started repairing it on my own. At the price it's selling for, it's sad.

I have not received this product yet, so I am judging by a previous purchase of the same product. It works great in the Aqara ecosystem, it doesn't eat batteries like other competing products. I am satisfied and definitely recommend to buy. Just keep in mind that you need to have an Aqara gateway for everything to work as it should.
