It's just a wireless charger, works exactly as it should, charges pretty fast. A lot of people complain in reviews about the considerable heating, which is true and is simply an expected effect given that it is inductive charging. This does not benefit the battery, but can be partially mitigated by using an adapter other than the original Apple adapter. The charger charges with 15 W, but with a non-original adapter (other than Apple) it is only 10 W and it heats up even less. It does mean a slightly longer charging time, but it probably doesn't matter, with a wireless charger it's not about the speed of charging (that's what charging via cable is for), but rather about continuous charging while your phone is on the table and you're not using it. I'm missing some sort of kit to mount the charger on the table. A meter long cable that is fixed and cannot be changed can also be limiting.
