I already have the second headphones. I have a first generation at home. They sound absolutely great, the usb-c connector is awesome. If the other party can hear everything during the call, just open the control centre, click on the orange microphone at the top and select "voice isolation". I definitely recommend this to turn on with any headphones!
I definitely recommend getting the cover! Both the soft part and the metal part. The headphones gently knock against each other and can be damaged. The soft part, on the other hand, wipes off makeup and sweat builds up. Silicone packaging solves this. They are sold on various Chinese sites for a few crowns. For me I recommend the stellar white (especially for girls😅), you can buy beautiful covers for them that go best with the white. For me, it won't replace the airpods pro. They have other uses.
