I've had the chair for just under 3 months now and so far I'm generally satisfied, it's an upgrade from my previous DxRacer. It's not perfect though.
The headrest and lumbar support are terribly uncomfortable. It's even worse when you take them off the chair. The lumbar support isn't attached to the chair in any way. As soon as you get up, it falls down and you have to adjust it every time you sit back down. The headrest pushes your head too far forward. I've swapped the headrest for a smaller cushion, but I haven't found a replacement for the lumbar support yet.
The armrests are wobbly, too far apart and even when set closest to me, they are actually too far away in both length and width.
After about 2 months of almost daily use, the seat started to get a bit wobbly where it sits on the gas lift, but nothing terrible. So far, nothing is creaking or squeaking and everything is holding together.
I bought the chair on sale for around 7,800 Kč and for that price it's OK, but at the full price of 11,999 Kč it's a rip-off.
