The chair is uncomfortable. For being an XL, it can't be lifted very high. The lumbar support is uncomfortable and I have not yet found a comfortable position. It's gonna be tough for some people. I don't mind a hard seat, but the backrest does. I don't know. I'm still looking for suitable positions and it made me order a lumbar pillow.
