I was very disappointed with the adjustment of the position and stiffness of the lumbar spine support. That was something I was really looking forward to, but it would have been a pain in the rear as a result. Fortunately, this is completely solved by the supplied pillow, which is well shaped and very comfortable. If this one also had a magnetic attachment, it would be a blast.
