I'm still in the testing phase. I've had the AW Ultra 2 so far, but the constant charging made me look for other watches again and so the feeling to try something new. I was looking at the Garmin Fenix 8 again, but I didn't really want to pay 30t for a watch again. I was already familiar with the TRex, at least enough to know it existed, but I didn't care much more about the watch. On close reading and listening to the reviews I thought why not, so I bought them. I was getting really bored with AW and constantly thinking about when I would charge them when I was going somewhere, so taking the charger with me was annoying. Other than checking my emails, turning on some workouts, calendar, paying with my watch, and the weather, I've basically never used anything else. I've only had 1-2 calls in the entire time I've had the watch. Texting, emailing I never really understood because my surroundings may not know what I want to write to whom. So is talking on the phone with your watch. I have to say I'm impressed with the watch. I charged on Friday, by Monday only 5% of the battery was gone. The watch is really well made, valuable materials are used, wearing is comfortable. The watch is 51mm, so I believe that people with smaller hands will find the watch quite large. I was also surprised by the battery status display on the iphone. By not being an Apple watch, I thought the phone wouldn't display the battery status, the mistake is true. My current feeling is that I would keep the watch with a clear conscience and am looking forward to more days of testing and discovery. The application and the actual measurement of the data from the watch is very detailed, nicely processed and displayed to the owner. Basically I'm wondering why pay +17t more for a Garmin when one can have this watch.
