Everything works, except the resolution setting on the monitor is 3440×1440. My choices are either 3840x2160 or 2560x1440 (or 2560x1600, 2560x1920, 2560x2048). If I connect an old dock to the same laptop via USB-C it can be set up and works reliably, so it's not the laptop. Maybe not quite USB-C compatibility in the laptop and Docking Station? Solved by connecting the monitor directly via HDMI
