Bought this for HomeAssistant, and spent over a day setting it up and troubleshooting the input. Turns out there is no input at all (figured this out after testing the card on a laptop, then a PC). The microphone was also tested separately and works amazingly well for the price. But this audio card produces only output, even when input source is detected and can be selected in software.
