I bought 3 and not one of them works anymore. Just stumble and the connector bends and it doesn't work anymore. Two of my cables had a connector break off.
I use it in conjunction with a Fnirsi DPS 150 power supply and a smart charger, thanks to the integrated chip in the cable these devices communicate with each other and the charger supplies 20V to the input of the power supply. A big advantage of silicone, it "doesn't drag, it doesn't pull" the attached devices behind it. I'm ordering another one for the microsolder. I recommend it.
I bought a lot of these cables, because they were advertised as super resistant. after a few months all of them broke down. I would never raccomend an alza cable to anyone.
