I was a bit surprised that the power bank arrived completely flat.
The time it takes to charge the power bank with the cable matches the stated data.
I have a smooth plastic Beats case on my IP 16 Pro Max. The circular magnet holds fantastically. However, the power bank slides on this circle. I see the aluminium bottom without any fabric as an advantage, but that's more a matter of preference. Good heat dissipation, but it's a bit slippery. At the same time, it doesn't seem like it would scratch the phone or the case. I will have absolutely no fear magnetically attaching it to the phone without a case.
The Alza product description is missing information about the materials used, and I was expecting plastic. I was very pleasantly surprised by the full aluminium body. Based on my first impressions, I really recommend it! Great job, Alza!
I would also add that in the Alza pictures, the power bank looks much thicker than it actually is. It is really extremely thin and light!
Very decent build quality - the sides and back are made from a single piece of (I think) aluminium. The bottom part also seems to be aluminium.

For around 750, I consider it super value for money.
I bought the item today at around one in the afternoon. It worked brilliantly. The same day, at around half past three, I put the power bank on to charge and nothing happened. It won't charge, nor does it show any signs of working. I will definitely be returning the product and I really hope this is just a faulty unit, and not a defect with all the products.

Hello, thank you for your review. If the power bank is completely discharged to 0%, the battery protection is activated. In such a case, after connecting the charger, it initially charges with only a very small current to safely restore the cell. Once the battery voltage reaches a safe level, the charging automatically switches to normal speed. Therefore, it may take a while after a complete discharge before any signs of charging appear on the display. We also recommend checking that the USB-C cable is fully inserted into the connector on both sides, as insufficient insertion may prevent the charging from initiating correctly. If the power bank does not start charging even after 20–30 minutes of being connected to a compatible USB-C charger, please contact our customer centre.
